2009 Christmas Tree Hunt

We had a great weekend are very excited the 2009 holiday festivities have begun! Friday night we had a fabulous dinner at Quinn’s with the Abo’s and Maloney’s. They both brought their baby boys and it was not only fun for me and Curtis to see Porter and Boden but it’s great for us to see that our friends don’t let having babies slow them down! We finished off the night with ice cream at Molly Moon’s. The salted caramel was my favorite. Boden preferred peppermint!

Saturday while Curtis golfed, I got a Lomi Lomi massage from my sister-in-law, Kristi (she gives the best massages at the best prices!), then got to have lunch with my college roommate Melissa who was in town from D.C.

We spent Saturday night at Jason and Charity’s in Enumclaw so we’d be close to begin our annual tree hunt Sunday morning. On Sunday the temperature was in the teens, so we bundled up, piled into cars and headed up the mountain for yet another successful tree hunt and cookout. I'd like to give a little shout out to Michelin X-Ice Tires, year after year they get our trusty Subaru safely up the mountain.

  1. What a fun weekend! You all look toasty in your puffy jackets and I'm diggin' the makeshift snow boots- those need to hit the stores in 2010. ;) Loving all the cute babies too!
