Three Generations of Birthdays

On Saturday we celebrated my Granddad’s 92nd birthday at Poppy. We’re so fortunate to have a 92-year-old Granddad (and Great Granddad to Henry) that is healthy, spry, sharp as a nail, and travels to visit us for holidays!

Next we left Poppy with full bellies and headed to Ballard to celebrate Sean’s 31st birthday. The theme was mustache.

And on Sunday we celebrated Devin’s (our oldest nephew) 7th birthday. The day before he had competed in his first motorcycle race (yeah, he’s a total stud - click here to watch him ride) so he had a dirt bike themed birthday.

Here’s the amazing cake Lisa made

  1. Thats a lot of birthdays! I'm so glad you still have your grampa!
Today is my Grampa's birthday...he died a few years ago but he used to call it the "holiest day of the year." We definitely feel him with us each year on this day, and celebrate a little in his memory.
